Beyond The French Quarter

Beyond The French Quarter provides schools with hands-on educational field trips that connect students with Louisiana's coastal wetlands, wildlife, and communities. Our founders bring more than 20 years of combined experience in tourism, boating, and coastal restoration.

Our goal is to help students understand the importance of coastal restoration, reforestation, and environmental stewardship through real-world experiences. Students have the opportunity to explore Louisiana's estuaries, observe native wildlife, and learn how healthy wetlands protect our communities from storms, support wildlife, and provide important resources for our state.

Rather than learning only from a classroom, students can experience Louisiana's coastal environment firsthand while learning from experienced local guides. These educational trips encourage curiosity, teamwork, and a greater understanding of the connection between our communities and the natural environment.

Beyond The French Quarter gives students the opportunity to learn, explore, and experience Louisiana's coast while developing a deeper appreciation for protecting it for future generations.
