Description
Join Saul’s Light and Training Grounds for our fifth annual virtual World Prematurity Day Panel! This year, the panel addresses the impacts of prematurity on early literacy and barriers faced by premature infants. Building from the knowledge base of providers, families & community educators, the discussion will center on the importance of reading to infants to improve bonding, brain development & early learning.

We exist to assist families, educators and communities in strengthening the foundation on which children can succeed. Through our We PLAY Center for families, workshops for parents, and professional development training for early childhood educators, we help create positive connections so more young children in Louisiana can thrive.
