SUPPORTING IMMIGRANT STUDENTS DETAILS:
ALAS' Supporting Immigrant Students (SIS) training is designed for full team participation, including teaching and non-teaching staff, in order to establish common understanding, language and knowledge of supports. It lasts 90-120 minutes and there are pre and post assessments built in to that time. The cost of the SIS training is $5,000. While each school is charged separately for training, multiple school teams can attend a training together online or in person.

ALAS reates educational access for youth by training educators to connect undocumented students with legal representation and advocate for students to remain in school instead of being in jail during the pre-trial period.
