Operation Girls is a mentorship-based program designed to support girls ages 11 to 17 who are directly or indirectly impacted by incarceration. We offer mentorship, academic support, advocacy, financial literacy classes and other opportunities to support young women develop leadership skills that will help them thrive. OR understands the unique challenges they may face, and we believe every girl deserves the tools, confidence, and community to thrive.

At Operation Restoration (OR), we support women and girls impacted by incarceration to recognize their full potential, restore their lives, and discover new possibilities. Within OR, we have Operation Girls, a program that creates a safe space for those directly impacted by incarceration to receive mentorship, financial literacy classes, and leadership opportunities to empower them by working closely with women who have similar lived experiences.
