The Tulane National Primate Research Center is committed to discovering causes, preventions, treatments, and cures that allow people and animals around the world to live longer, healthier lives. One of our primary missions is to educate the public about the critical link between nonhuman primate research and advancements in human health. We provide unique opportunities to learn about biomedical research, our animal care program, and exciting career opportunities. Group tours are available free of charge for local schools, clubs and organizations. This would be a wonderful opportunity for your science class, HOSA club, or STEM club to come and have a unique experience and talk to faculty scientists and veterinarians right here in Southeast Louisiana!
